Greenford Park Homes have been managing park home estates and selling park homes since 1979. We work hard to ensure that our parks are well-maintained, comfortable places to live.
At Greenford Park Homes, we work hard to ensure that our business practices meet the very best of standards applicable to our industry. We are proud to be long-standing members of the industry’s trade association, the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA).
What is the BH&HPA?
The British Holiday and Home Parks Association was founded in 1950 with the objective of representing and serving those who own or manage holiday, residential, tenting and touring parks.
One of the Association’s key functions is to provide comprehensive resources, training and advice, so that its membership are kept up to date with changes affecting the parks industry and with best practice. Greenford Park Homes has been in membership of the BH&HPA for more than 35 years.
Are all Greenfords homes GasSafe? What does it mean?
Gas Safe Register is the official registration body in the United Kingdom for ensuring that gas safety is improved and maintained to the highest of standards. This body runs the official list of engineers who are qualified to work on gas appliances. By law, all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register.
Greenford Park Homes always uses Gas Safe registered engineers. This means you can be sure that homes that we have sited on our parks have been installed to the Gas Safe standards.
We recommend that the gas installations in all park homes are serviced annually by a competent Gas Safe registered engineer.
