Do I need home insurance?
Yes, in the same way as conventional housing, you are required to hold insurance which covers the structure of the home and we recommend you also obtain contents insurance.
Do your parks have onsite management?
Each park has a nominated resident who takes on the responsibility of being the Resident Manager. They have regular calls with head office and are the first 'port of call' for residents in the event of a park-related question or query. Do you have a residential license?

Can I leave my park home to a relative in my will?
The short answer is yes. We would recommend seeking legal advice on this matter for your own personal circumstances.
How long can I keep my home at the park?

How much is the pitch fee?
