Is there a 50+ age requirement on your parks?

The rule is that anyone living in a park home on our parks is a resident; all residents must be 50 years old or above. This is a very successful element of our park home living formula. Residents really enjoy being on a small scale community of like minded neighbours. If you have other questions about how it feels to be on a semi-retirement development, speak to the park manager who will show you round, when you book in with us to view a home for sale and they'll give you the inside track! Any other queries, don't hesitate to [...]

Do I need to pay council tax?

You do - your Greenfords park home must be your main residence, so you will be required to pay council tax. All of the homes on our parks are in Band A, but the actual amounts differ between the districts in which the parks are located. Our sales information always includes the council tax liability for that home but if you have any queries at all about the home you are interested in purchasing from us, feel free to contact us. Should you wish to find out the current outgoings relating to a home or park that you are interested [...]

Is there a lease and how long is the term?

Our park homes are not sold on a leasehold basis. Greenford Park Homes owns the freehold to each of its parks and they have permanent planning permission for use as residential park home estates. Park home owners on residential parks are provided with a Written Statement under the Mobile Homes Act 1983. Subject to abiding by the terms, this agreement protects residents' right to live in their home on the park, for as long as they wish.

What services or utilities do I have to pay for?

In addition to the pitch fees, Residents are responsible for normal household expenses, such as electricity, gas and water bills and for arranging their own home insurance. There is some variation across our four parks, some utilities are supplied directly by the provider and others are supplied by us, give us a call on and we will be happy to provide further information.
