Do I have to sell my home to you, if I want to move?
Absolutely not. Some residents do sell back to us, because of the support that we are able to offer - we endeavour to work around all your needs, in terms of completion dates, which can really help. But you are free to sell your home on the open market, in a similar way to traditional housing.
